With mkngconsulting, I act as your Marketing Consultant. I am supporting you in the success of your retail strategy to embrace new growth opportunities.

Following a fifteen-year stimulating and challenging career for Gerstaecker, the European leading art supplies retailer, I currently intervene for Daler-Rowney, established in 1783, an iconic fine-art manufacturer, part of the F.I.L.A. Group. I have a master's degree in Marketing and International Management from Strasbourg Business School, and an Executive MBA from EDHEC, Lille. 

 

I am passionate about marketing, business and people management, business strategy and always eager to share, confront and challenge my ideas.

I am constantly looking for new challenges which require sharp analysis and implementation of efficient solutions and actions, and a bespoke support following your deadlines and budget.

 

After eight years in London, I own dual citizenship: French and British.

I also have a professional level of German. I intervene in a B to C and B to B approach, for manufacturing or services industries. 

 

Located in Lille, France, I can travel anywhere required.

Every client is unique and has specific needs and requirements in terms of physical and digital retail consultancy service. I will provide you with a bespoke quote answering your request. Accurate and without any surprise, the quote will detail all consultancy services included. 

For recurring marketing, management and business strategy services, we can also enter into a consultancy service level agreement. Ideal for a greater flexibility and a better follow-up on the medium and long term. 

Alternatively, I also work with hour-plans (from a 10-hour plan), which will provide you with my services on-demand. This last option is extremely flexible and will provide you with high level of reactivity.

Several plans are available. Preferential rates will be applied depending on volume but also for startups and young companies of less than 3 years.
