SUPPORTING YOU IN THE SUCCESS
OF YOUR RETAIL STRATEGY
With mkngconsulting, I act as your Physical & Digital Retail Consultant. I am supporting you in the success of your retail strategy to embrace new growth opportunities.
Following a ten-year stimulating and challenging career for Gerstaecker, the European leading art supplies retailer and a master's degree in Marketing and International Management from Strasbourg Business School, I am now established as a Physical & Digital Retail Consultant.
Within these past ten years, I have worked as an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Sales & Marketing for the UK, French, Spanish and Belgian markets and also as a Director for our British subsidiary, GreatArt, for over four years. I have been working as a Retail Consultant on several occasions for different markets in Europe.
I am passionate about marketing, business and people management, business strategy and always eager to share, confront and challenge my ideas.
I am constantly looking for new challenges which require sharp analysis and implementation of efficient solutions and actions, and a bespoke support following your deadlines and budget.
The stakes for retailers, with the emergence of "new retail" and the opportunities offered by the synergies between physical and digital retails are high and fascinating.
After eight years in London, I own dual citizenship: French and British.
I also have a professional level of German. I intervene in a B to C and B to B approach, for manufacturing or services industries.
What do I mean by physical and digital retail?
Over the past decade, we heard a lot about adopting a "multichannel" or an "omnichannel" strategy. More recently, we have been using the terms "new retail" or "phygital" or even "smart phygital". In the long run, it seems we are trying to label in a new way what is retail and what retail has become over the years: global and interconnected.
Physical on one hand, with every tangible elements, materials or human ressources: a catalogue, print materials - promotional or not -, employees, a retail store, a pop-up store, presence - mercantile or not - on a fair...).
Digital on the other hand with all the elements of a digital strategy: with a website - ecommerce or not -, an online store on a marketplace, a blog, emailings campaigns, an affiliation programme, presence on search engines - paid or organic -...).
I truly believe there is a need to highlight those two aspects - physical & digital - as part of a retail strategy, now and in the future.
Located in Lille, France, I can travel anywhere required.

YOUR ACTION PLAN
TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
Every client is unique and has specific needs and requirements in terms of physical and digital retail consultancy service. I will provide you with a bespoke quote answering your request. Accurate and without any surprise, the quote will detail all consultancy services included.
For recurring marketing, management and business strategy services, we can also enter into a consultancy service level agreement. Ideal for a greater flexibility and a better follow-up on the medium and long term.
Alternatively, I also work with hour-plans (from a 10-hour plan), which will provide you with my services on-demand. This last option is extremely flexible and will provide you with high level of reactivity.
A marketing, management and business strategy consultant on demand!
Several plans are available. Preferential rates will be applied depending on volume but also for startups and young companies of less than 3 years.
A consultancy service level agreement based on an hour-plan will ensure:
-
a marketing, management and business strategy consultant on demand!
-
a prompt and permanent mobilisation.
-
swift advise and opinions to your urgent requests.
-
a high level of flexibility.
-
the option for a priority meeting.
-
a full transparency: real time charged to answer your emails and calls and spent on meetings, time announced ahead for every specific service requested.
-
a facilitated invoicing with the option for a lump sum payment or up to twelve instalments, at the end of every month and payable within eight days (according to the hour-plan selected).
